As a Customer Service Specialist at AZOM Outsourcing, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing support through various channels such as Email Support, Chat Support, and Cold Calling. Your role will involve promoting products, processing orders, managing logistics, and ensuring customer satisfaction through excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-centric approach. Experience in customer service or related fields, proficiency in computer skills, and familiarity with CRM software will be beneficial in excelling in this dynamic and rewarding role.

Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service through Email Support, Chat Support, E-commerce, Sales, Product Listing, Logistics, Technical Support, Cold Calling, and Data Entry
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Assist customers with product information, order processing, and general inquiries
  • Handle complaints and provide appropriate solutions
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

Must Have

  • Bachelor Degree or Higher
  • Passion for software products
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • Customer-oriented and empathetic approach 
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment 
  • Proficiency in computer skills and experience with CRM software 
  • Previous experience in customer service or related field is preferred

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with popular CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zendesk  
  • Proficiency with other languages
  • Experience in managing social media platforms like Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram
